This Privacy Policy explains how Clevera LLC collects, uses and protects personal data when you use myCleverFy, our website, and related services.
We collect account data you provide (name, work email, company), usage data generated as you use the platform (logs, delivery events, template activity), and recipient data you upload to send messages or generate documents on your behalf.
We use data to operate and secure the Service, provide support, generate the analytics and predictive AI features you rely on, and communicate service updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data you upload to send messages or generate documents is processed strictly on your instructions as a data processor. You remain the data controller responsible for the legal basis and consents behind that data.
Where applicable data protection law requires it (including GDPR), we process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service, or consent, depending on the activity.
We share data with infrastructure and delivery subprocessors (cloud hosting, email and SMS delivery networks) strictly to provide the Service, under contracts requiring equivalent protection. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and every send and generated document is recorded in a full audit trail as described on our security page.
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active plus a limited period for legal and billing purposes. You can request deletion of recipient data you uploaded once it is no longer needed to provide the Service.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests can be made through privacy@cleveraillc.com.
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection.
